The Samsung OfficeServ 7000 series comes in five solution options, starting from the entry level OfficeServ 7030 up through the 7100, 7200S, 7200 and 7400 variants. The SCM is available as SCM Express or SCM Enterprise edition, depending on the system capacity.

Samsung Xchange has been developed to provide you with easy to use technology that enhances not just your organisation’s productivity but also lets you work much more collaboratively. Whether you are a small office with one site or a large organisation with multiple sites, using Xchange lets your users have access to what they need to communicate efficiently.
The Samsung Xchange portfolio consists of three powerful products which work in synergy with each other:
Samsung Xchange connects your telephone to your office computer, making you more productive. When a call is received at your telephone, the caller’s telephone number is displayed on your computer screen in a small, discreet notification window.
Samsung Xchange can also connect to your company’s databases to look up the name of the caller for you and display it. This will allow you to know who is calling even before answering the phone. You can also use the buttons on the notification window to answer the call, or to go to the caller’s record in the CRM application, saving you valuable time during the call. This can make you more productive and help to make your customers happier. As well as “popping” inbound callers’ details, Samsung Xchange allows you to quickly and easily dial from your computer and to search for contacts, often in an easier way than is provided by the actual CRM application itself.
In addition to CRM integration and call previewing, Samsung Xchange provides the following features:

That’s why Samsung has developed Xchange Operator, a full screen application designed to be used in conjunction with a telephone handset to provide full operator functionality. With the simplicity of point and click operation, Xchange Operator replaces traditional handset key and lamp working to offer each operator extensive call handling functionality, thus improving their management of incoming call traffic.
3. Xchange Mobile
Xchange Mobile is an application for Android, iOS and Windows Phone mobile phones that connects to a Samsung Xchange Server.
